Three decades after the genius of Memphis Style, Design is once again swept away by a wave of vibrant colors, asymmetric shapes, and conceptual heterodoxy.

Inspired by the movements of Art Deco and Pop Art, the Memphis style went against the values established by the symmetrical "tyranny" of the Bauhaus school. For the leaders – most notably, Ettore Sottsass – of this new concept, no work should be seen as eternal: a questioning philosophy to think about Design and its forms.

Surrounded by bold and innovative references of the time, Memphis Style is once again a source of inspiration for creatives around the world.
