Scape by the sea in Maresias beach
Design, aesthetics and functionality of DonaFlor furniture are highlights in a project signed by Yuli Felde.
A refuge overlooking the horizon, facing the beach, inspired by the sea, the sand and the cool breeze. This perfect setting for moments of leisure, rest and contemplation was designed by the talented architect Yuli Felde in a summer house.
Located on Maresias beach, in São Sebastião, north coast of São Paulo, the residence of 360m² has as highlight an external area of 60m² that is between the suite and the beach. Neutral fabrics and light parts were some of the residents' requests for the environment and, in addition, the proposal to create a connection with the clear tone of the floor and the more horizontal lines also guided the project.
To this end, the architect curated furniture from DonaFlor Furniture, favoring pieces that did not obstruct the view, had a lower height and also softer tones, allowing the sea to be the protagonist in the background.
"I have been identifying with the brand for a long time and I believe that the design of the pieces can combine sophistication with resistance to meet the needs that the external environment requires," explains the architect.
In order for customers to adjust the furniture according to the needs of the day-to-day and make the most of the breadth of the space, Yuli suggested a modular piece as a starting point to be the highlight. The Contorno Llne met all the expectations of the professional and also the residents, with modular sofa and coffee and side tables, because they are functional and versatile.
To bring even more life and use to the space, two sun loungers of the Doc line, in addition to a table and comfortable chairs of the Branch collection, complement the project and allow, by having a breakfast on the balcony of the suite, the residents enjoy the view.

For moments of rest and contemplation, two chaises do the function of sun loungers, both of the Doc line, signed by Bruno Faucz.
With organic design and curved lines, the Contorno sofa, from Rejane Carvalho Leite to DonaFlor Furniture, is one of the highlights of the outer area of the Emerald Solarium.
